Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on your order total. Delivery charges are for Standard Road delivery. If you would like your order sent Express, please make comments in the Notes section.
We deliver United Kingdom wide.
Our turn around time depends greatly on what you order and for small orders (5 awards or less) you should allow 5 working days from order confirmation. For larger orders up to 20 awards, we will advise lead time once we receive your order but you should allow up to 10 working days. If you require more than 20 awards, contact us to discuss lead time.
We carry an extensive amount of stock, however with such a huge range, we may not have exactly what you require in stock when you complete your order. We order regularly from our suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders promptly, but if you need something in a really tight time frame, just contact us and we will do everything we can to make it happen.

Yes. Your tracking number should be on your emailed invoice that you received when your order was completed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch and we will forward it on to you.

Definitely! We love to incorporate a logo into awards we produce where space allows. We believe it makes it much more significant and appealing to the recipient. It is a great way of promoting your business or club! Just choose the option of adding a logo in the ordering process. If we do not already have your logo, we will need a high resolution file (jpeg, png, pdf, ai) of your logo to be uploaded with your order or emailed to us after placing your order.
If we have do not have your logo on file, we will need to create artwork, which may incur an artwork charge, which we will advise you of this when we confirm your order.
